۞ If a wrong-doer had all that is in the earth he would surely offer it to ransom himself. When the wrong-doers perceive the chastisement, they will feel intense remorse in their hearts. But a judgement shall be made with full justice about them. They shall not be wronged. 54 Lo! verily Allah's is whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth, Lo! verily Allah's promise is true; but most of them know not. 55 It is God who gives life and causes things to die. To Him you will all return. 56 O mankind, there has to come to you instruction from your Lord and healing for what is in the breasts and guidance and mercy for the believers. 57 Say: In the grace of Allah and in His mercy-- in that they should rejoice; it is better than that which they gather. 58 Say (O Muhammad SAW to these polytheists): "Tell me, what provision Allah has sent down to you! And you have made of it lawful and unlawful." Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Has Allah permitted you (to do so), or do you invent a lie against Allah?" 59 Think how those who invent lies against Him will be treated on the Day of Judgement? Allah is bountiful to men yet most of them do not give thanks. 60
