Al-Hijjr 6 of 6
And assuredly the dwellers of Hijr belied the sent ones. 80 We sent them Our Signs, but they persisted in turning away from them. 81 They were hewing the mountains into houses, therein dwelling securely; 82 So the scream overcame them at morning. 83 And what they earned did not avail them. 84 We created not the heavens and the earth and all that is between them save with truth, and lo! the Hour is surely coming. So forgive, (O Muhammad), with a gracious forgiveness. 85 Lo! Thy Lord! He is the All-Wise Creator. 86 We have given thee seven of the oft-repeated, and the mighty Koran. 87 Do not yearn for other people's property and wives and do not grieve (that they do not believe). Be kind to the believers. 88 And say thou: verily I! I am a plain warner. 89 Like the one We sent down upon the dividers. 90 who have broken the Koran into fragments. 91 Therefore, by the Lord, We will, of a surety, call them to account, 92 concerning what they have been doing. 93 Therefore declare openly what you are bidden and turn aside from the polytheists. 94 Surely We will suffice you against the scoffers 95 Those who ascribe another God along with Allah; so they will soon come to know. 96 And well do We know that thy bosom is constricted by the [blasphemous] things that they say: 97 But you should glorify your Lord with praises, and be among those who bow in submission; 98 Worship your Lord till the certainty (death) comes to you. 99

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
