On the day when We shall summon all men with their record, whoso is given his book in his right hand - such will read their book and they will not be wronged a shred. 71 And whosoever is blind in this world shall be blind in the world to come, and he shall be even further astray from the way. 72 (Such blind ones) try to confuse what We have revealed to you so that they may falsely ascribe to Us something other than the true revelation and thus establish friendship with you. 73 And if We had not made thee wholly firm thou mightest almost have inclined unto them a little. 74 And if it were*, We would then have made you taste a double life and a double death you would then not find any supporter against Us. (* Which is impossible.) 75 Indeed they came near to unsettling you, so that they might expel you from the land, but in that case they themselves would not have stayed on for very long after you. 76 The tradition of the Noble Messengers We sent before you and you will not find Our rules changing. 77
