Do you not see that We have sent devils upon the unbelievers who greatly incite them (to oppose the Truth)? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only counting against them a counting. 84 On the day when We shall gather the righteous unto the Beneficent, a goodly company. 85 And We shall drive the sinners to Hell, like thirsty cattle driven down to water,- 86 They shall not control intercession, save he who has made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah. 87 And they say: The Beneficent Allah has taken (to Himself) a son. 88 This is certainly a monstrous lie! 89 Which would cleave the skies asunder, rend the earth, and split the mountains, 90 that they have attributed to the All-merciful a son; 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 There is no one in the heavens and earth but that he comes to the Most Merciful as a servant. 93 He knows their number and has counted each one of them. 94 And all of them are coming to Him on the Day of Resurrection alone. 95 Indeed, the Most Compassionate Lord will soon create enduring love for those who believe and do righteous works. 96 So, [O Muhammad], We have only made Qur'an easy in the Arabic language that you may give good tidings thereby to the righteous and warn thereby a hostile people. 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98
