Do you not see that We have appointed devils to incite those who deny the truth to disobedience? 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 and We shall drive the guilty ones to Hell as a thirsty herd. 86 who have no power of intercession, except those who have taken a covenant with the Merciful. 87 And the disbelievers said, “The Most Gracious has chosen an offspring.” 88 Indeed, [by this assertion] you have brought forth something monstrous, 89 The heavens are wellnigh rent of it and the earth split asunder, and the mountains wellnigh fall down crashing for 90 Due to their ascribing of an offspring to the Most Gracious. 91 When it is not meet for (the Majesty of) the Beneficent that He should choose a son. 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but cometh unto the Beneficent as a slave. 93 He has counted them and calculated their number. 94 And each one of them will come unto Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Those who believe and do righteous deeds, the Merciful will assign for them love. 96 We have therefore made this Qur’an easy upon your tongue, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) for you to announce glad tidings with it to those who fear, and warn those who are quarrelsome. 97 And how many a generation before them have We destroyed! Canst thou (Muhammad) see a single man of them, or hear from them the slightest sound? 98
