Do you not see that We have sent the devils upon the disbelievers, inciting them to [evil] with [constant] incitement? 83 So make no haste against them (O Muhammad). We do but number unto them a sum (of days). 84 On the day when We shall gather the righteous unto the Beneficent, a goodly company. 85 and We shall drive the sinful like a thirsty herd into Hell. 86 None will have [power of] intercession except he who had taken from the Most Merciful a covenant. 87 And they say: "The Most Beneficent (Allah) has begotten a son (or offspring or children) [as the Jews say: 'Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allah, and the Christians say that He has begotten a son ['Iesa (Christ)], and the pagan Arabs say that He has begotten daughters (angels, etc.)]." 88 Certainly you have made an abominable assertion 89 The heavens may almost be rent thereat, and the earth cleave asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent Allah. 91 For it is not consonant with the majesty of (Allah) Most Gracious that He should beget a son. 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but cometh unto the Beneficent as a slave. 93 Verily He encompasses them and has counted them all. 94 each one of them shall come to Him one by one on the Day of Judgement. 95 Indeed, the Most Compassionate Lord will soon create enduring love for those who believe and do righteous works. 96 (Muhammad), We have given you the Book (the Quran) in your own language so that you could easily give the glad news to the pious ones and warn the quarrelsome ones. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Do you see any one of them or hear a sound of them? 98
