Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 So take no hasty action against them; their days are numbered. 84 and on the Day when We will ceremonially gather the righteous to the Merciful, 85 and drive the evildoers as herds, into Gehenna 86 People do not own the right to intercede, except those* who have made a covenant with the Most Gracious. (* The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 87 And they say: The Beneficent Allah has taken (to Himself) a son. 88 Assuredly ye utter a disastrous thing 89 At it the skies are ready to burst, the earth to split asunder, and the mountains to fall down in utter ruin, 90 That they should invoke a son for (Allah) Most Gracious. 91 The Beneficent God is too Exalted to have a son. 92 Not one of the beings in the heavens and the earth but must come to (Allah) Most Gracious as a servant. 93 He has counted them and numbered them precisely, 94 On the Day of Resurrection each one of these will come to Him singly. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 And many a generation We did destroy before them; do you see any one of them or hear their faintest sound? 98
