Do you not realize that We have sent Satan to incite the unbelievers to sin. 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 The Day We shall gather the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) unto the Most Beneficent (Allah), like a delegate (presented before a king for honour). 85 and drive the evildoers into Gehenna herding, 86 They will have no power of intercession, save him who hath made a covenant with his Lord. 87 They claim: "The Most Compassionate Lord has taken a son to Himself." 88 Indeed, [by this assertion] you have brought forth something monstrous, 89 Whereby almost the heavens are torn, and the earth is split asunder and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 to ascribe a son to the Beneficent God. 91 And it behoveth not the Compassionate that he should take a son. 92 All those who are in the heavens and the earth will come to the Most Gracious as His bondmen. 93 Verily He knoweth them and numbereth them with (right) numbering. 94 And each of them is to come to Him on the Day of Judgment alone. 95 Surely Ar-Rahman will show love for those who believe and do the right. 96 So We have made this (Qur'an) easy in your tongue that you may give good news to those who take heed, and warn the people who are contentious. 97 And many a generation We did destroy before them; do you see any one of them or hear their faintest sound? 98
