The endeavors of he who believes and does good works shall not go unthanked. We write it down for him. 94 Hence, it has been unfailingly true of any community whom We have ever destroyed that they [were people who] would never turn back [from their sinful ways] 95 till Gog and Magog are let loose and slide down out of every slope; 96 Then will the true promise draw nigh (of fulfilment): then behold! the eyes of the Unbelievers will fixedly stare in horror: "Ah! Woe to us! we were indeed heedless of this; nay, we truly did wrong!" 97 “Indeed you* and all that you worship** besides Allah, are the fuel of hell; in it you must go.” (* All disbelievers ** Idols and disbelievers who claimed to be Gods. The Prophets like Eisa and Uzair who were worshipped are exempt from this, and so are Maryam, and trees and the moon etc.) 98 Had these indeed been gods they would not have gone there. But (as it is), all of you shall ever abide in it." 99 They will groan in pain therein, but no one will listen to them. 100 But those whom We have surpassed with the finest (rank) from Us shall be far removed from it, 101 neither shall they hear any of its whisper, but shall live for ever in that their souls desired. 102 The great fearful event shall not grieve them, and the angels shall meet them: This is your day which you were promised. 103 The Day when We shall roll up the heavens as a recorder rolleth up a written scroll. As We began the first creation, We shall repeat it. (It is) a promise (binding) upon Us. Lo! We are to perform it. 104 And We have already written in the book [of Psalms] after the [previous] mention that the land [of Paradise] is inherited by My righteous servants. 105 herein, behold, there is a message for people who [truly] worship God. 106 We have sent you forth as nothing but mercy to people of the whole world. 107 Say: "It is revealed to me that your God is only One God. Will you, then, submit to Him?" 108 But if they turn back, Say: "I have proclaimed the Message to you all alike and in truth; but I know not whether that which ye are promised is near or far. 109 He knows your spoken words and what you hide. 110 And I do not know if this may be a trial for you and a provision till a time. 111 He said: 'My Lord, judge Thou with truth! And our Lord is the All-merciful; His succour is ever to be sought against that you describe.' 112
