[O MEN! Pay heed to God's messages,] for it is He who has endowed you with hearing, and sight, and minds: [yet] how seldom are you grateful! 78 And He has multiplied you through the earth, and to Him shall ye be gathered back. 79 And it is He who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of the night and the day. Then will you not reason? 80 And talk as did the people of old. 81 They say: What! When we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we then be raised? 82 Certainly we are promised this, and (so were) our fathers aforetime; this is naught but stories of those of old. 83 Say: 'Whose is the earth, and whoso is in it, if you have knowledge?' 84 They will say: 'To Allah' Say: 'Then will you not remember' 85 Say, "Who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 Thereupon they will say, “Such greatness is only that of Allah”; say, “So why do you not fear?” 87 Say, “In Whose hand is the control over all things, and He provides refuge, and none can provide refuge against Him, if you know?” 88 [And] they will reply: "[All this power belongs] to God." Say: 'How, then, can you be so deluded?" 89 Rather, We have brought them the truth, and indeed they are liars. 90 Allah has not taken to Himself any son, there is no other god with Him. Were this otherwise each god would have taken that which he created, and some of them would have risen above others; Exalted is Allah beyond that they describe! 91 [He is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, so high is He above what they associate [with Him]. 92
