Say: "O my Lord! if Thou wilt show me (in my lifetime) that which they are warned against,- 93 O my Lord, put me not among the people of the evildoers.' 94 Assuredly, We are able to show thee that We promise them. 95 Respond to the injustice (done to you) with the better deed. We know best what they attribute to God. 96 And say: O my Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from the evil suggestions of the Shaitans; 97 I even seek Your refuge, my Lord, lest they should approach me." 98 (They shall persist in their deeds) until when death comes to anyone of them he will say: "My Lord, send me back to the world 99 That I may work righteously in that which I have left. By no means! It is but a word he uttereth; and before them is a barrier until the Day when they shall be raised. 100 Then when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no more relationships between them that Day, nor will one ask after another! 101 Then he whose balances shall be heavy - these! they are the blissful ones. 102 But those whose scales are light - those are the ones who have lost their souls, [being] in Hell, abiding eternally. 103 The Fire will sear their faces, and they therein will have taut smiles. 104 (It will be said): Were not My revelations recited unto you, and then ye used to deny them? 105 'Lord' they will reply, 'adversity prevailed over us and we were erring. 106 O our Lord! take us forth from it; then if we return, we shall be wrong-doers indeed. 107 He will say: 'Slink there in it and do not speak to Me' 108 There was a group of my servants among you who always prayed: Lord, forgive us and grant us mercy; You are the best of those who show mercy. 109 But you took them for a laughing-stock, till they made you forget My remembrance, mocking at them. 110 I have rewarded them this day for they were constant, and they have come to attainment." 111 Then Allah will ask them: "For how many years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will say, "We remained a day or part of a day; ask those who enumerate." 113 He will say: "You stayed only for a while, if you only knew that. 114 "Did you think that We had created you in play (without any purpose), and that you would not be brought back to Us?" 115 So Most Supreme is Allah, the True King; there is no God except Him; Lord of the Throne of Honour. 116 And whoever invokes with Allah another god-- he has no proof of this-- his reckoning is only with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not be successful. 117 (Muhammad), say, "Lord, forgive me and grant me mercy; You are the best of the Merciful Ones. 118
True are the words of God the Almighty.
