The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin, Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Clear Book. 2 It may be thou frettest thy soul with grief, that they do not become Believers. 3 If We list, We can send down unto them a sign from the heaven so that their necks would become to it submissive. 4 But never fresh remembrance comes to them from the All-merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 So, they belied, but surely the tidings of that they mocked will come to them. 6 Do they not look at the earth,- how many noble things of all kinds We have produced therein? 7 Surely in this there is a sign, yet most of them would not believe: 8 Your Lord, He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
