The people of Noah rejected the Messengerss. 105 When their fellowman Nooh said to them, “Do you not fear?” 106 "I am to you a messenger worthy of all trust: 107 So be fearful of God and listen to me. 108 I ask of you no wage for this; my wage falls only upon the Lord of all Being; 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe you while you are followed by the lowest [class of people]?" 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they do? 112 It is only for my Lord to take account of them. Would that you made use of your understanding! 113 And I am not (here) to repulse believers. 114 I am only a clear warner." 115 They said: "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will be stoned to death." 116 He said, “My Lord, my people have denied me.” 117 Therefore judge You between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me." 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 Then We drowned the rest afterwards 120 Verily, in this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 surely your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 122
