My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds. 127 Do you construct on every elevation a sign, amusing yourselves, 128 And you make strong fortresses that perhaps you may 129 When you assault, you assault like tyrants! 130 So fear you God, and obey you me; 131 Have fear of Him Who has provided you with all the (good) things you know; 132 amply provided you with flocks, and children, 133 And gardens and watersprings. 134 Lo! I fear for you the retribution of an awful day. 135 They said, "It is all the same to us whether you advise or are not of the advisors. 136 This is naught but a custom of the ancients; 137 and we shall never be punished' 138 Then they accused him of lies; so We annihilated them.
