And the disbelievers said, “Will we, when we and our forefathers have turned into dust, be removed again?” 67 Assuredly we have been promised this aforetime, we and our fathers. Naught is this but fables of the ancients. 68 Say: "Go all over the earth and behold what happened in the end to those [who were thus] lost in sin!" 69 But do not grieve over them, and neither be distressed by the false arguments which they devise [against Gods messages]. 70 They say, 'When shall this promise come to pass, if you speak the truth?' 71 Say thou: belike close behind you may be some of that which ye would hasten on. 72 Surely, your Lord is bountiful to the people; yet most of them do not give thanks. 73 And verily, your Lord knows what their breasts conceal and what they reveal. 74 there is nothing hidden in heaven and on earth, but is recorded in a clear Book. 75 Surely, this Koran relates to the Children of Israel most of that which they are at variance. 76 And truly, it (this Quran) is a guide and a mercy to the believers. 77 Surely your Lord will judge between them by his judgment, and He is the Mighty, the knowing. 78 So you place your trust in God. Certainly you stand on positive truth. 79 Indeed, you will not make the dead hear, nor will you make the deaf hear the call when they have turned their backs retreating. 80 Nor canst thou lead the blind out of their error. Thou canst make none hear save these who believe in Our signs and who have submitted themselves. 81 ۞ When the word about them comes true We shall make a creature appear to them on earth who will tell them that people had no faith in Our revelations. 82
