۞ Say, "I only advise you of one [thing] - that you stand for Allah, [seeking truth] in pairs and individually, and then give thought." There is not in your companion any madness. He is only a warner to you before a severe punishment. 46 Say to them: “Whatever recompense I might ask of you, it shall be yours. My recompense is with Allah, and He is witness over everything.” 47 Say: "My Lord casts the truth: He is the knower of things unknown." 48 Say: "The Truth has arrived, and Falsehood neither creates anything new, nor restores anything." 49 Say: "Were I to go astray, I would but go astray [due to my own self, and] to the hurt of myself; but if I am on the right path, it is but by virtue of what my Sustainer reveals unto me: for, verily, He is all-hearing, ever-near!" 50 And could you see when they shall become terrified, but (then) there shall be no escape and they shall be seized upon from a near place 51 And say: We (now) believe therein. But how can they reach (faith) from afar off, 52 Whereas they disbelieved therein afore, and conjectured about the unseen from a place so afar. 53 A barrier will be placed between them and what they desire, as was done with the likes of them before. Surely they were in a disquieting doubt. 54
