And the trumpet shall be blown, and lo! from the tombs unto their Lord they shall be hastening. 51 They say, 'Alas for us! Who roused us out of our sleeping place? This is what the All-merciful promised, and the Envoys spoke truly.' 52 It will not be but one blast, and at once they are all brought present before Us. 53 On that Day no soul shall suffer the least injustice. You shall be rewarded only according to your deeds. 54 Indeed, the companions of the Garden are this Day busy in their rejoicing. 55 They and their wives, in pleasant shade, on thrones reclining; 56 They will have fruits and whatever they desire. 57 Peace, a saying from the Most Merciful Lord. 58 (And He will say): 'Distance yourselves, O sinners, this Day. 59 ۞ Did I not commit you, O children of Adam, not to worship Satan who is your acknowledged foe, 60 But to serve Me; (that) this is the straight path? 61 And certainly he led astray numerous people from among you. What! could you not then understand? 62 This is hell with which you were threatened. 63 endure it today as an outcome of your persistent denial of the truth!" 64 Today We shall seal upon their mouths, and their hands will speak unto us, and their feet will bear witness of that which they have been earning. 65 And had We willed, We verily could have quenched their eyesight so that they should struggle for the way. Then how could they have seen? 66 Did We will, We would have changed them where they were, then they could not go on, nor could they return. 67

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
