3/4 Hizb 45

And indeed Nooh prayed to Us so what an excellent Acceptor of Prayer We are! 75 And We delivered him and his people from the great affliction. 76 and We made his offspring the survivors. 77 And We left for him among the posterity. 78 Peace be with Noah among all men in the worlds. 79 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 80 Surely he was among Our faithful creatures. 81 Then We drowned the others 82 ۞ And verily of his sect was Ibrahim. 83 When he came to his Lord with a heart compliant, 84 and asked his father and his people, "What is that you worship? 85 Would you serve false deities instead of God? 86 What, then, do you think of the Sustainer of all the worlds?" 87 The people invited him to attend their feast). Then he looked at the stars 88 And said, "Indeed, I am [about to be] ill." 89 and at that they turned their backs on him and went away. 90 Then he turned to their gods, and said: 'What do you eat? 91 What is the matter with you, why do you not speak?” 92 And he turned upon them a blow with [his] right hand. 93 Then came the others to him hastening. 94 He said, "Do you worship that which you [yourselves] carve, 95 "When God has created you and what you make?" 96 They said, "Build a pyre for him and throw him into the blaze!" 97 They plotted against him, but We brought humiliation upon them. 98 And he said: Surely I fly to my lord; He will guide me. 99 My Lord! grant me of the doers of good deeds. 100 Then We gave him the good tidings of a prudent boy; 101 And [one day,] when [the child] had become old enough to share in his [father's] endeavours, the latter said: "O my dear son! I have seen in a dream that I should sacrifice thee: consider, then, what would be thy view!" [Ishmael] answered: "O my father! Do as thou art bidden: thou wilt find me, if God so wills, among those who are patient in adversity!" 102 When both surrendered (to Allah's command) and Abraham flung the son down on his forehead, 103 And We called out to him, “O Ibrahim!” 104 "Thou hast already fulfilled the vision!" - thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 105 This was indeed a plain trial. 106 We ransomed him with a great sacrifice, 107 and We preserved for him a good name among posterity. 108 Peace be on Ibrahim. 109 This is how We reward the virtuous. 110 Lo! he is one of Our believing slaves. 111 Then, We gave him the glad tidings of Isaac, a Prophet, one of the righteous, 112 And We blessed him and Isaac. But among their descendants is the doer of good and the clearly unjust to himself. 113
