And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 And saved them and their people from the great distress, 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 And We gave them the explicit Scripture, 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 'Peace be upon Moses and, Aaron!' 120 That is how We reward those who do good. 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 And verily, Iliyas (Elias) was one of the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not be mindful of God? 124 "Will ye call upon Baal and forsake the Best of Creators,- 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good: 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 Save an old woman among the lingerers. 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by (their ruined town) in the morning 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
