And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 And showed them the straight path, 118 And We left (this blessing) for them among generations (to come) in later times: 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 Verily Elias is one of the apostles. 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you worship Ba`al and abandon the Best Creator. 125 who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they gave him the lie: and therefore they will most surely be arraigned [on Judgment Day,] 127 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 Peace be on Ilyas. 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 For he was one of our believing Servants. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 Recall what time We delivered him and his household, all. 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 And surely ye pass by them in the morning. 137 And at night; will you not then reflect? 138
