Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron, 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 And We helped them, so that they were the victors; 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And guided them to the Right Path; 118 And left their remembrance for posterity. 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 So also was Elias among those sent (by Us). 123 (Call to mind) when he said to his people: “Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 Peace be on Ilyas. 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 So also was Lut among those sent (by Us). 133 Recall what time We delivered him and his household, all. 134 Except an old woman (who was) amongst those who tarried. 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 You pass by their habitations in the morning 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138
