And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 and showed them the Straight Way, 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 Peace be on Moses and Aaron. 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 For they were two of our believing Servants. 122 Elias was certainly a Messenger. 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you worship Ba`al and abandon the Best Creator. 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of yore? 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 Except the chosen slaves of Allah. 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Peace be on Ilyas. 130 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 Lot was also one of the messengers. 133 We saved him and all his people, 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 And indeed you pass over them in the morning. – 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
