Hizb 46

Jonah was certainly a Messenger. 139 When he left towards the laden ship. 140 And he drew lots and was among the losers. 141 So the whale swallowed him, for he was blameworthy, 142 And had he not been one of those who glorify (Allah) 143 He would have remained in its belly till the day when all will be raised. 144 ۞ But We cast him forth on the naked shore in a state of sickness, 145 And We caused to grow up for him a gourdplant. 146 And We sent him to a hundred thousand (folk) or more 147 And they believed, therefor We gave them comfort for a while. 148 (Muhammad), ask them, "Do daughters belong to your Lord and sons to them? 149 Or created We the angels females while they were present? 150 Is it not of their own calumny that they say, 151 'God has begotten?' They are truly liars. 152 “Has he chosen daughters instead of sons?” 153 Woe to you! How terrible is your Judgment. 154 Will ye not then be admonished? 155 Or have ye an authority manifest? 156 Bring your Book, if what you say is true! 157 And some people have invented a kinship between Him and all manner of invisible forces although [even] these invisible forces know well that, verily, they [who thus blaspheme against God] shall indeed be arraigned [before Him on Judgment Day: for] 158 Glory be to God above that they describe, 159 Except the chosen servants of Allah [who do not share in that sin]. 160 But as for you, and that you serve, 161 Can lead (any) into temptation concerning Allah, 162 unless it be such as rushes towards the blazing fire [of his own accord]! 163 [The angels say], "Every single one of us has his place assigned: 164 And most surely we are they who draw themselves out in ranks, 165 And we are those who sing hallelujas to Him." 166 And indeed the disbelievers used to say, 167 'If only we had a reminder from the ancients, 168 “We would certainly be the chosen bondmen of Allah.” 169 But they disbelieved in it, so they are going to know. 170 And assuredly Our word hath already gone forth Our bondmen, the sent ones: 171 that, verily, they - they indeed - would be succoured, 172 And surely, only Our army will be victorious. 173 So turn thou away from them for a little while, 174 Watch them: they will soon see. 175 What, do they seek to hasten Our punishment? 176 When it descends upon their courtyards, evil will be the morning of those forewarned. 177 Stay away from them for a while 178 And see thou: they themselves shall presently see. 179 Too glorious is your Lord, the Lord of power, for what they ascribe to Him. 180 And peace is upon the Noble Messengers. 181 And all praise is to Allah, the Lord Of The Creation. 182
Almighty God's Truth.
