And remember Our slave Ayub (Job), when he invoked his Lord (saying): "Verily! Shaitan (Satan) has touched me with distress (by losing my health) and torment (by losing my wealth)! 41 [and thereupon was told:] "Strike [the ground] with thy foot: here is cool water to wash with and to drink!" 42 We restored to him his family and like those with them, a mercy from Us and a reminder to a nation that understand. 43 "Take a handful of herbs," (We said to him), and apply and rub them, and do not make a mistake." We found him patient in adversity, an excellent devotee, always turning in repentance. 44 And remember Our servants Ibrahim and Ishaq and Yaqoub, men of power and insight. 45 Assuredly We purified them with a quality most pure, the remembrance of the Abode, 46 And most surely they were with Us, of the elect, the best. 47 And commemorate Isma'il, Elisha, and Zul-Kifl: Each of them was of the Company of the Good. 48 This is a Reminder, and verily, for the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) is a good final return (Paradise), 49 #NAME? 50 Reclining on pillows, in it they ask for fruits and drinks in plenty. 51 ۞ And with them are those of modest gaze, companions. 52 This it is that ye are promised for the Day of Reckoning. 53 Verily this is Our provision: there will be no ceasing thereof. 54 This: and verily for the exorbitant there shall be an evil retreat: 55 Gehenna, wherein they are roasted - an evil cradling! 56 There will be boiling water for them and cold, clammy, fetid drink to taste, 57 and other torments of the like kind coupled together. 58 This is a troop entering with you (in Hell), no welcome for them! Verily, they shall burn in the Fire! 59 They will reply: “Rather, no welcome to you. (You will roast in Hell.) It is you who led us to this end. What an evil resort!” 60 They will say: "Our Lord! whoever brought this upon us,- Add to him a double Penalty in the Fire!" 61 And they will say, "How is it that we do not see [here any of the] men whom we used to count among the wicked, 62 Is it [because] we took them in ridicule, or has [our] vision turned away from them?" 63 Surely that is true -- the disputing of the inhabitants of the Fire. 64
