Remember Our votary Job because he called to his Lord: "Satan has afflicted me with disease and distress." 41 (Allah said to him): "Strike the ground with your foot: This is a spring of water to wash in, cool and a (refreshing) drink." 42 We restored to him his family and like those with them, a mercy from Us and a reminder to a nation that understand. 43 (and We said to him): “Take in your hand a bundle of rushes and strike with it, and do not break your oath.” Indeed We found him steadfast. How excellent a servant (of Ours) he was. Indeed he constantly turned (to his Lord). 44 And commemorate Our Servants Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, possessors of Power and Vision. 45 Indeed, We purified them with a most pure quality, the remembrance of the Everlasting Life. 46 And verily they are with us of the elect of the excellent ones. 47 And remember Isma'il (Ishmael), Al-Yasa'a (Elisha), and Dhul-Kifl (Isaiah), all are among the best. 48 This is a commemoration. Surely for those who take heed for themselves is an excellent place of return -- 49 the Gardens of Eden whose gates shall be open to them, 50 Therein they will recline; therein they will call for fruits in abundance and drinks; 51 ۞ They will have bashful wives of equal age with them. 52 This is the promise being given to you, for the Day of Reckoning. 53 this is Our unending provision' 54 However, the rebellious ones will have the worst place to return. 55 Hell, where they will be roasted. An evil place to dwell! 56 This (shall be so); so let them taste it, boiling and intensely cold (drink). 57 and other torments of the like kind coupled together. 58 Here is a multitude rushing headlong with you. There is no welcome for them. They will roast in the fire. 59 (The followers of the misleaders will say): "Nay, you (too)! No welcome for you! It is you (misleaders) who brought this upon us (because you misled us in the world), so evil is this place to stay in!" 60 adding, "Our Lord, give double punishment to those who brought this upon us." 61 And they will say, "Why do we not see men whom we used to count among the worst? 62 [and] whom we made the target of our derision? Or is it that [they are here, and] our eyes have missed them?" 63 Verily all this is true. This is how the inmates of the Fire will dispute among themselves. 64
