On the Day that the enemies of God shall be gathered together and driven to the Fire, they shall be formed into groups, and 19 when they come close to it, their ears, eyes and skins will testify against them for their misdeeds. 20 They will say to their skins: "Why bear ye witness against us?" They will say: "Allah hath given us speech,- (He) Who giveth speech to everything: He created you for the first time, and unto Him were ye to return. 21 And where could you hide from Him, so that your ears and your eyes and your skins may not testify against you? But you had assumed that Allah does not know most of your deeds! 22 It is this notion you had of your Lord that caused your ruin, and you are lost." 23 Even if they are patient, their abode is Hell; and if they beg for favour, none will favour them. 24 ۞ We have allotted them comrades, and they have decked out fair to them that which is before them and behind them. So against them has been realized the Word concerning nations that passed away before them, men and jinn alike; surely they were losers. 25
