The food of the Zakkum tree 43 shall be the food of the sinful. 44 like the dregs of oil, it shall boil in their bellies, 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 (A voice will cry: "Seize ye him and drag him into the midst of the Blazing Fire! 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of scalding water." 48 "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous! 49 This is what you doubted?" 50 Indeed the pious are in a place of peace. 51 amidst gardens and springs. 52 clothed in fine silk and rich brocade, sitting face to face with one another. 53 Thus. And We will marry them to fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes. 54 There can they call for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 They will not taste death therein, save the first death. God will save them from the torment of Hell 56 As a Bounty from your Lord! That will be the supreme success! 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 So be watchful, they too are watching. 59
