▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
With power did We construct the heaven. Verily, We are Able to extend the vastness of space thereof. 47 And We made the earth a base, so how well do We lay out! 48 And of everything We have created pairs; perhaps you will take heed. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 Have they handed this down from one to another? No, rather, they are an insolent nation. 53 Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame; 54 but keep on exhorting them, for exhortation benefits the believers. 55 And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me. 56 [But withal,] no sustenance do I ever demand of them, nor do I demand that they feed Me: 57 Verily, Allah is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, the Most Strong. 58 So surely those who are unjust shall have a portion like the portion of their companions, therefore let them not ask Me to hasten on. 59 Then, woe to those who disbelieve (in Allah and His Oneness Islamic Monotheism) from (that) their Day which they have been promised (for their punishment). 60
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
