AND IT IS We who have built the universe with [Our creative] power; and verily, it is We who are steadily expanding it. 47 And We have spread out the earth, how Excellent Spreader (thereof) are We! 48 And of everything We have created pairs; perhaps you will take heed. 49 So flee to Allah (from His Torment to His Mercy Islamic Monotheism), verily, I (Muhammad SAW) am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 Thus there did not come to those before them an apostle but they said: A magician or a mad man. 52 Have they handed this down to one another? They are certainly a people who exceed all bounds, 53 So withdraw from them (O Muhammad), for thou art in no wise blameworthy, 54 but keep on exhorting them, for exhortation benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me. 56 I seek no sustenance from them, nor do I want them to feed Me -- 57 It is God Who is the Sustainer and the Lord of invincible strength. 58 The evildoers shall have their portion, like the portion of their fellows; so let them not hasten Me! 59 woe, then, to those who are bent on denying the truth, when the Day arrives which they have been promised. 60
