We built the heavens by Our authority; and We are the Lord of power and expanse. 47 And the earth – We spread it out, and how well have We smoothed it! 48 And of everything We have created pairs that you may be mindful. 49 Therefor flee unto Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from him. 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 Thus has it been (in the past): never did a Messenger come to the nations that preceded them but they said: “(He is) a sorcerer, or a mad-man.” 52 Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people. 53 so ignore them, you are not to blame, 54 Keep on reminding them. This benefits the believers. 55 And I (Allah) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone). 56 I seek no sustenance from them, nor do I want them to feed Me -- 57 Verily, Allah is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, the Most Strong. 58 The wrongdoers will meet the same fate as their predecessors, let them not ask Me to hasten on [the punishment], 59 Woe then to the unbelievers for their Day which they were promised! 60
