AND IT IS We who have built the universe with [Our creative] power; and verily, it is We who are steadily expanding it. 47 And the earth We spread it out, and how well have We smoothed it! 48 We have created everything in pairs so that perhaps you may take heed. 49 (Muhammad), tell them,"Seek refuge in God. I have been sent from Him to plainly warn you. 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 Even so not a Messenger came to those before them but they said, 'A sorcerer, or a man possessed!' 52 Have they charged each other with this? Nay! they are an inordinate people. 53 so ignore them, you are not to blame, 54 And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers. 55 We have created jinn and human beings only that they might worship Me. 56 I do not desire from them any sustenance and I do not desire that they should feed Me. 57 for, verily, God Himself is the Provider of all sustenance, the Lord of all might, the Eternal! 58 Those who do wrong will indeed come to the same end as their fellows (of old). So let them not ask Me to hasten (the punishment). 59 Woe then to the unbelievers for their Day which they were promised! 60
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
