Therefore continue to give warning, for by the grace of your Lord, you are not a soothsayer or a madman. 29 Or do they say:- "A Poet! we await for him some calamity (hatched) by Time!" 30 Tell them: “Wait; I too am waiting with you.” 31 Nay! do their understandings bid them this? Or are they an inordinate people? 32 Do they say: “He has himself fabricated the Qur'an?” No; the truth is that they are altogether averse to believing. 33 Let them bring a discourse like thereunto, if they say sooth. 34 Or, were they created out of nothing? Or, were they their own creators? 35 Did they create the heavens and the earth? No! They have no faith. 36 Do they possess the treasures of your Lord? Or are they the treasurers? 37 Or have they the means by which they listen? Then let their listener bring a clear authority. 38 Does God have daughters while you have sons? 39 Or askest thou them for a wage, and so they are weighed down with debt? 40 Or do they have knowledge of the Unknown which they write down? 41 Seek they to lay a plot? Then those who disbelieve it is they who shall be plotted against. 42 Or have they a deity other than Allah? Exalted is Allah above whatever they associate with Him. 43 If they should see a segment falling from the sky, they would say: "It is only a massive cloud." 44 So, leave them until they face their day (of doom) when they will be stunned. 45 The Day when their plotting will avail them nothing and no help shall be given them. 46 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is another punishment besides this: But most of them understand not. 47 And wait thou patiently the judgment of thy Lord; verily thou art before Our eyes; and hallow the praise of thy Lord when thou uprisest. 48 and also celebrate His praise at night, and at the retreat of the stars. 49

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
