Therefore, remind and preach (mankind, O Muhammad SAW of Islamic Monotheism). By the Grace of Allah, you are neither a soothsayer, nor a madman. 29 Or do they say: A poet, we wait for him the evil accidents of time. 30 Say: 'Wait if you will; I shall be waiting with you' 31 Do their minds command them to do this, or are they an outrageous folk? 32 Or do they say, 'He has invented it?' Nay, but they do not believe. 33 (If they are truthful in this), then let them produce a discourse of similar splendour. 34 Have they been created from nothing or are they themselves their own creators? 35 Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Nay, they have no firm belief. 36 Or have they the depositories [containing the provision] of your Lord? Or are they the controllers [of them]? 37 Or have they any stairway (unto heaven) by means of which they overhear (decrees). Then let their listener produce some warrant manifest! 38 Or has He daughters, and they sons? 39 Or is it that thou dost ask for a reward, so that they are burdened with a load of debt?- 40 Or possess they the Unseen so that they can write (it) down? 41 Or do they intend a plan? But those who disbelieve - they are the object of a plan. 42 Or, do they have a god, other than Allah? Exaltations to Allah above that which they associate! 43 And if they were to see a fragment from the sky falling, they would say, "[It is merely] clouds heaped up." 44 So leave them alone until they encounter that Day of theirs, wherein they shall (perforce) swoon (with terror),- 45 The Day when their guile shall not relieve them a thing, and they shall not be helped. 46 For the harmdoers there is indeed, a punishment before that, but most of them do not know. 47 And be patient upon your Lord’s command, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), for you are indeed in Our sight; and proclaim the Purity of your Lord while praising Him, whenever you stand. 48 and exalt Him in the night and at the declining of the stars. 49
