Have you seen him who turns his back, 33 And gave a little, then stopped (giving)? 34 Does he possess the knowledge of the unseen, thus, he sees (all things)? 35 Or, has he not been informed of what is in the scriptures of Musa? 36 And of Abraham who fulfilled his trust? -- 37 That no burdened person (with sins) shall bear the burden (sins) of another. 38 And that man can have nothing but what he does (good or bad). 39 and that his labouring shall surely be seen, 40 and will be fully recompensed for his deeds. 41 and that the final return is to your Lord, 42 It is He who causes laughter and weeping. 43 And He who ordains death and life; 44 and He it is Who created the two kinds, the male and the female, 45 From a drop (of seed) when it is poured forth; 46 and that [therefore] it is within His power to bring about a second life; 47 And that He it is Who enriches and gives to hold; 48 And that He is the Lord of the Sirius; 49 and that He destroyed Ad, the ancient, 50 Thamud, 51 And also the people of Nuh aforetime. Verily they were even greater wrong-doers and more contumacious. 52 And He destroyed the overthrown cities [of Sodom to which Prophet Lout (Lot) was sent]. 53 So there covered them that which covered. 54 On which then of your Lord's signs do you cast doubt? 55 This is a Warner, of the (series of) Warners of old! 56 The imminent Hour has drawn near, 57 None, except Allah, can avert it. 58 Do you then wonder at this announcement? 59 And will ye laugh and not weep,- 60 While you are indulging in varieties. 61 So fall you down in prostration to Allah, and worship Him (Alone). ۩ 62
