Thamud (people also) belied the warnings. 23 They said: 'Are we to follow a mortal who is one of us? Then indeed, we would surely be in error and insane. 24 "Is it that the Reminder is sent to him [Prophet Salih (Saleh)] alone from among us? Nay, he is an insolent liar!" 25 "Tomorrow they will know who is the impudent liar! 26 Lo! We are sending the she-camel as a test for them; so watch them and have patience; 27 And inform them that the water is shared between them, each [day of] drink attended [by turn]. 28 They called together their companions and agreed to slay the she-camel. 29 How then were My chastisement and My warnings? 30 Lo! We sent upon them one Shout, and they became as the dry twigs (rejected by) the builder of a cattle-fold. 31 And certainly We have made the Quran easy for remembrance, but is there anyone who will mind? 32 The people of Lut treated the warning. as a lie. 33 We let loose on all of them a squall of claystones, except for the house of Lot whom We saved at dawn 34 As a Grace from Us: thus do We reward those who give thanks. 35 For he had truly warned them of Our punishing might; but they stubbornly cast doubt on these warnings, 36 Even his guests they had solicited of him; so We obliterated their eyes, saying, 'Taste now My chastisement and My warnings!' 37 And certainly a lasting chastisement overtook them in the morning. 38 So now taste My punishment and My commination! 39 Hence, indeed, We made this Qur'an easy to bear in mind: who, then, is willing to take it to heart? 40

There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
