And (remember) when Allah said: "O 'Iesa (Jesus)! I will take you and raise you to Myself and clear you [of the forged statement that 'Iesa (Jesus) is Allah's son] of those who disbelieve, and I will make those who follow you (Monotheists, who worship none but Allah) superior to those who disbelieve [in the Oneness of Allah, or disbelieve in some of His Messengers, e.g. Muhammad SAW, 'Iesa (Jesus), Musa (Moses), etc., or in His Holy Books, e.g. the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel), the Quran] till the Day of Resurrection. Then you will return to Me and I will judge between you in the matters in which you used to dispute." 55 And as for those who disbelieved, I will punish them with a severe punishment in this world and the Hereafter, and they will have no helpers." 56 But as for the believers, who do deeds of righteousness, He will pay them in full their wages: and God loves not the evildoers. 57 This is what We recite to you (O Muhammad SAW) of the Verses and the Wise Reminder (i.e. the Quran). 58 Surely, in the sight of Allah, the similitude of the creation of Jesus is as the creation of Adam whom He created out of dust, and then said: 'Be', and he was. 59 The truth is from your Lord, therefore, do not be among the doubters. 60 If any one disputes in this matter with thee, now after (full) knowledge Hath come to thee, say: "Come! let us gather together,- our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves: Then let us earnestly pray, and invoke the curse of Allah on those who lie!" 61 This is the true account: There is no god except Allah; and Allah-He is indeed the Exalted in Power, the Wise. 62 So if they turn away, then indeed Allah knows those who cause turmoil. 63
