Al-Imraan 6 of 20
(And remember) when Allah said: O Jesus! Lo! I am gathering thee and causing thee to ascend unto Me, and am cleansing thee of those who disbelieve and am setting those who follow thee above those who disbelieve until the Day of Resurrection. Then unto Me ye will (all) return, and I shall judge between you as to that wherein ye used to differ. 55 Those who are infidels will surely receive severe punishment both in this world and the next; and none will they have to help (or save) them. 56 “And for those who believed and did good deeds, Allah will give them their full reward; and Allah does not like the unjust.” 57 This, We recite to you of the verses and the Wise Remembrance. 58 The similitude of Jesus before Allah is as that of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him: "Be". And he was. 59 The truth is from your Lord, so do not be among the doubters. 60 And whoso disputeth with thee concerning him, after the knowledge which hath come unto thee, say (unto him): Come! We will summon our sons and your sons, and our women and your women, and ourselves and yourselves, then we will pray humbly (to our Lord) and (solemnly) invoke the curse of Allah upon those who lie. 61 This is the true story. There is no God but Allah, and assuredly Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise. 62 And if they turn away, then lo! Allah is Aware of (who are) the corrupters. 63

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
