The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ When the inevitable event comes, 1 Then will no (soul) entertain falsehood concerning its coming. 2 Abasing (one party), exalting (the other), 3 When the earth is violently shaken 4 And the mountains will be crushed, blown to bits. 5 So they will become like fine dust, scattered in a shaft of light. 6 You will become three categories: 7 Those on the Right -- how blessed are those on the Right! 8 And those on the left – how (wretched) are those on the left! 9 And the foremost in the race, the foremost in the race: 10 These are they who are drawn nigh (to Allah), 11 In gardens of delight; 12 A multitude from the ancients. 13 And a few of those of later time. 14 on lavish couches 15 Reclining on them, facing one another. 16 Round about them will (serve) youths of perpetual (freshness), 17 with goblets, jugs and cups of crystal clear wine 18 by which their minds will not be clouded and which will not make them drunk; 19 and such fruits as they shall choose, 20 And the meat of fowl, from whatever they desire. 21 And [with them will be their] companions pure, most beautiful of eye, 22 Like pearls within their shells, 23 [And this will be] a reward for what they did [in life]. 24 They will hear no nonsense there or talk of sin, 25 but only the saying: 'Peace, Peace' 26 As for the people of the right hand, how happy they will be! 27 They shall recline on high amidst lote trees without thorns 28 Bananatrees, piled 29 and shade extended, 30 and flowing water 31 and abundant fruit, 32 never-ending and unrestricted, 33 and raised couches 34 and the noble maidens that We have created 35 and made them virgins, 36 chaste, loving companions of the same age 37 with those who have attained to righteousness: 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
