۞ NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur'an] 75 And that is indeed a tremendous oath, if you understand. 76 This is indeed the noble Qur’an. 77 in a Book protected (from tampering) 78 None may touch it, except with ablution. 79 a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 80 Do you then hold this announcement in contempt? 81 do you make it your provision to belie it? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat, 83 And you at the moment are looking on, 84 and We are nearer to him than you, although you cannot see Us -- 85 Then why do you not, if you are exempt from the reckoning and recompense (punishment, etc.) 86 why can you not bring it (the soul) back (to life)? 87 Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah), 88 then happiness and delight and Gardens of Bliss are his. 89 and if he is of those who are on the Right, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 Then his reception is the hot boiling water. 93 He will burn in Hell. 94 Verily, this is indeed the truth of truths! 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96
