۞ Nay, I swear by the places of the stars - 75 (and that is indeed a mighty oath, did you but know it) 76 Behold, it is a truly noble discourse, 77 Kept in a secure Book. 78 Which (that Book with Allah) none can touch but the purified (i.e. the angels). 79 A Revelation (this Quran) from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 and your portion in it is simply that you denounce it as false? 82 Then why do ye not (intervene) when (the soul of the dying man) reaches the throat,- 83 right before your very eyes? 84 – at that moment when We are closer to him than you, although you do not see (Us) 85 Then why, if you are not indebted (to Us for life), 86 That you send it (not) back-- if you are truthful? 87 Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah), 88 it will have rest, happiness, and a beautiful Paradise. 89 And if he is of those on the right, – 90 'Peace be upon thee, Companion of the Right!' 91 But if he was of the deniers [who were] astray, 92 Then an entertainment of boiling water. 93 and the heat of a blazing fire! 94 Indeed, this is the true certainty, 95 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 96
