۞ So I swear by Mawaqi (setting or the mansions, etc.) of the stars (they traverse). 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 Indeed, it is a noble Qur'an 77 [conveyed unto man] in a well-guarded divine writ 78 which none but the pure [of heart] can touch: 79 It has been revealed by the Lord of all the worlds. 80 Is it this discourse that ye hold lightly? 81 And instead (of thanking Allah) for the provision He gives you, on the contrary, you deny Him (by disbelief)! 82 Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat 83 And ye the while (sit) looking on,- 84 and while We are closer to him than you, although you see [Us] not: 85 So why is it not, that if you are not to be repaid, – 86 can you not cause that [ebbing life] to return - if what you claim is true? 87 Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah), 88 happiness [awaits him in the life to come,] and inner fulfillment, and a garden of bliss. 89 and if he be a Companion of the Right: 90 he will be greeted with, "Peace be to you," by those on the Right. 91 And if he is one of the rejecters, the erring ones, 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 And burning in hell. 94 This is indeed the ultimate truth. 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96
