۞ So I call the placement of the stars to witness -- 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 that this indeed is a noble Qur'an, 77 Kept in a secure Book. 78 Which none shall touch but those who are clean: 79 a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 80 Would you, now, look down with disdain on a tiding like this, 81 And you make its denial your share? 82 Wherefore then - when the soul cometh up to the wind-pipe 83 the while you are helplessly watching that he is on the verge of death, 84 - And We are nearer unto him than ye are, but ye see not - 85 why, then, if you are not subject to Our command, 86 That you send it (not) back-- if you are truthful? 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 For him shall be comfort, and fragrance and a Garden of Delight. 89 And if he is of those on the right, – 90 he will be greeted with, "Peace be to you," by those on the Right. 91 But if he was of the deniers [who were] astray, 92 Then [for him is] accommodation of scalding water 93 And roasting in a Blaze. 94 Surely this is the truth of certainty. 95 Extol, then, the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 96
