BUT NAY! I call to witness all that you can see, 38 And that which you do not see. 39 it is the speech of a noble Messenger. 40 it is not the word of a poet -- how little you believe! -- 41 nor is it the work of a soothsayer but only a few of you take heed. 42 A sending down from the Lord of all Being. 43 And if Muhammad had made up about Us some [false] sayings, 44 We should certainly seize him by his right hand, 45 Then cut off his aorta, 46 Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath). 47 And indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder for the righteous. 48 We certainly know that some of you have rejected it 49 Indeed, it is a sorrow to the unbelievers 50 And indeed, it is the truth of certainty. 51 (Muhammad), glorify the name of your Lord, the Great One. 52
