Al-Ma'aarej 2 of 2

What aileth those who disbelieve, that they keep staring toward thee (O Muhammad), open-eyed, 36 [coming upon thee] from the right and from the left, in crowds? 37 Does every person among them aspire to enter a garden of pleasure? 38 No, that is not like that! Verily, We have created them out of that which they know! 39 So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able 40 To replace them by (others) better than them. And we are not to be outrun. 41 So leave them to their vain disputes and amusement till they meet their day (of reckoning) promised them, 42 the Day when they shall come forth in haste from their graves, as if racing towards a goal-post, 43 Their eyes will be downcast and disgrace will overwhelm them. Such is the Day that they were promised. 44

True are the words of God the Almighty.
