Al-Muddath-thir 2 of 2
Nay, by the Moon 32 And by the night when it withdraws, 33 By the morning when it brighteneth. 34 surely (Hell) is one of the greatest Signs, 35 As a warning to humanity - 36 to whoever of you desires to go forward or lag behind. 37 Every soul will be in captivity for its deeds 38 Except those on the right side. 39 who will be in Paradise 40 about the guilty ones: 41 What hath brought you to this burning? 42 They will say: we have not been of those who prayed. 43 "Nor were we of those who fed the indigent; 44 We indulged and persisted in useless disputes, 45 And rejected the Day of Judgement as a lie 46 until the inevitable event overtook us.” 47 And so, of no benefit to them could be the intercession of any that would intercede for them. 48 What is then the matter with them, that they turn away from the admonition 49 as though they were terrified asses 50 Fleeing away from a lion. 51 Aye! every one of them desireth that: he should be vouchsafed scrolls expanded. 52 Nay, verily. They fear not the Hereafter. 53 Nay, verily. Lo! this is an Admonishment. 54 So whosoever will (let him read it), and receive admonition (from it)! 55 And they will not receive admonition unless Allah wills; He (Allah) is the One, deserving that mankind should be afraid of, and should be dutiful to Him, and should not take any Ilah (God) along with Him, and He is the One Who forgives (sins). 56

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
