Verily We! it is We Who have revealed unto thee the Qur'an, a gradual revelation. 23 Therefore wait patiently for the command of your Lord, and obey not from among them a sinner or an ungrateful one. 24 And, remember the Name of your Lord at the dawn and in the evening; 25 And part of the night, prostrate thyself to Him; and glorify Him a long night through. 26 Indeed, these love the hasty life, and are heedless and leave behind them a heavy Day. 27 We have created them and have given them strength. Had We wanted, We could have replaced them with another people like them. 28 Surely this is a reminder, so whoever pleases takes to his Lord a way. 29 But you cannot will, unless Allah wills. Verily, Allah is Ever All-Knowing, All-Wise. 30 He will admit to His Mercy whom He will; But the wrong-doers,- for them has He prepared a grievous Penalty. 31
