Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Are you the harder to create or the heaven? He made it. 27 high above? 28 And He made dark its night, and brought forth its sunshine. 29 And the earth, He expanded it after that. 30 He draweth out therefrom its moisture and its pasture; 31 And the mountains! He established them firm: 32 an enjoyment for you and your flocks. 33 But when the great predominating calamity comes; 34 The Day whereon man shall remember whatsoever he had striven for. 35 Hell fire will become visible for those who would see it. 36 Then, as for him who rebelled 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 Then surely the hell, that is the abode. 39 And as for him who dreaded standing before his Lord, and restrained his soul from lust, 40 most surely his abode shall be Paradise. 41 THEY WILL ASK thee [O Prophet] about the Last Hour: "When will it come to pass?" 42 [But] how couldst thou tell anything about it, 43 To your Lord belongs (the knowledge of) the term thereof? 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth. 45 On the Day whereon they behold it, it will appear to them as though they had not tarried save an evening or the morn thereof. 46
