Are you more difficult to create or the heavens? He built it, 27 and raised its vault high and proportioned it; 28 He has made its nights dark and its days bright. 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture; 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 A provision for you and your cattle. 33 When the great over-whelming event arrives, 34 The day when man remembers all that he had done, 35 And Hellfire will be exposed for [all] those who see - 36 Those who have rebelled 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 But as for him who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained himself from impure evil desires, and lusts. 40 Will surely have Paradise for abode. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 What concern do you have regarding its explanation? (You are not bound to tell them) 43 To your Lord belongs (the knowledge of) the term thereof? 44 you are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 The day when they will see it, it will seem as if they had not stayed on earth except for an evening or its morning. 46
