The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 who has created and shaped, 2 Who measureth, then guideth; 3 Who brought forth the pasture, 4 Then maketh it to stubble dusky. 5 We shall enable thee to recite, and then thou shalt not forget, 6 Save that which Allah may will. Verily He knoweth the public and that which is hidden. 7 We shall facilitate for you the Easy Way. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 But the wretched one will avoid it - 11 Who shall enter the great fire; 12 wherein they will neither live nor die. 13 Prosperous is he who has cleansed himself, 14 And magnifies the name of his Lord and prays. 15 But ye prefer the life of the world 16 and the world to come is better, and more enduring. 17 This indeed is what is taught in the former scriptures -- 18 The Scriptures of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Musa (Moses). 19
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
