The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 Who brought forth the pasture, 4 And then doth make it (but) swarthy stubble. 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 Except what Allah, may will, He knows what is apparent and what is hidden. 7 And We will make it easy for thee (to follow) the simple (Path). 8 Therefore, keep on preaching as long as it is of benefit. 9 Those who fear will understand. 10 And the wretched shunneth it. 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 In which they will then neither die nor live. 13 Prosperous is he who purifies himself, 14 and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 17 This, indeed, was in the ancient Scrolls, 18 the Scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
